Exclusive Canopy Dinners

Make a reservation in advance for Santorini’s most sought-after table, idyllically set by the sensational pool under a white canopy on the hotel’s iconic Maria Callas Terrace. You will be attracted by the stunning, breathtaking views that are best enjoyed under the flickering light of a romantic candlelight dinner, but reservations for small gastronomic gatherings for up to eight persons are also accommodated upon request. In addition to the exciting and unique backdrop, you will also be spellbound by the kaleidoscope of fine flavors and epicurean delights prepared by the hotel’s private chef.

The unpretentious, gourmet menu of five to seven courses based on seasonal ingredients from the Cyclades may be totally customized according to your desires and tastes. The chef suggests fresh fish and sea food, but there is also a very enticing option for Greek cuisine tasting with local organic produce and wines.
